What We Do with Your Information

This page explains what we collect when you contact us or use https://guidedpathclasses.com, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us on 088190 55222 and ask.
What We Collect
There are only two ways we get information from you.
- When you fill the enquiry form, or call, or message us on WhatsApp. That means your name, your phone number, sometimes your email, and which class your child is in. You give us this yourself. Nothing on the form is collected without you typing it.
- When you simply browse the site. We use Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visited, which pages they read, and roughly which city they were in. It does not tell us who you are. It uses cookies. If you would rather it did not, your browser can block cookies and this site will still work normally. To show the text in its typeface, the site loads fonts from Google, and if you press the map to open it, the map comes from Google Maps. Loading either shares your device’s address (IP address) with Google, the way any website that uses them does.
Why We Collect It
To reply to you about admission, tell you which batches have seats, and remind you about a demo class you asked for. That is all. We do not send marketing messages to people who only enquired, and we do not have a newsletter.
We Do Not Sell Your Details
We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number or email to anyone. No other coaching centre, no advertiser, no list. If you ever get a call from someone else claiming to have got your number from us, it did not come from us, and we would like to know about it.
Who Else Can See It
The enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and sends nothing until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and the message is handled under its own privacy terms. The message reaches us and stays with the teacher. The only outside companies involved are the ones that run this website and our email, WhatsApp (Meta), and Google, which provides the analytics, fonts and map described above. None of them are given your details by us for their own use.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries are kept while we are still in touch with you about admission, and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back the following session. If you ask us to delete your details, we will delete them.
Students, and Children’s Information
Most of our students are under 18, so this matters more here than on an ordinary business site.
- We ask for a parent’s details, not a child’s. The enquiry form asks which class your child is in, never their name, school or personal details.
- Where we publish a student’s marks, we publish a first name and the marks only. We do not publish roll numbers, dates of birth, parents’ names or school names taken from a board marksheet.
- Photographs and videos of students appear on this site only where the family is happy for them to. If you want a photograph of your child removed, tell us and it comes down.
Asking Us to Delete or Correct Something
Call, WhatsApp or email and ask. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes to This Page
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
