How Classes Here Actually Work

These terms apply to tuition at Guided Path Classes, Z-388, Ground Floor, Sector 12, Noida, UP 201301. Joining a batch means you are happy with what is written here. If something does not suit your family, tell us before admission and we will say honestly whether we can work around it.

The Free Demo Week

• Your child attends a full week of ordinary classes, in a real batch, before you pay anything.
• It is a genuine week of teaching, not a special class arranged for visitors. That is the point of it.
• At the end of the week you decide. If the teaching does not suit your child, nothing is owed and there are no hard feelings.
• Demo seats depend on the batch having room. Call first so we can check.

Batches

• Batches are capped at 15 students. When a batch is full, we close it. We do not add a sixteenth student because someone arrived with fees.
• Ruchi ma’am teaches every batch herself. We have one centre in Sector 12 and no branches, so your child will not be moved to a different teacher mid-year.
• Timings are fixed when you join. If a timing stops working for your family, talk to us and we will move your child to another batch if there is space.

Fees

• Fees are told to you clearly before admission, in person or on the phone. There are no separate charges added later for tests, notes or doubt classes — those are part of the tuition.
• Fees are payable monthly, in advance, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
• If fees change for a new session, you will be told before the session starts, never in the middle of one.
• Fees for a month already begun are not refunded. If your circumstances change, speak to us — we would rather find a solution than lose a student over money.

Attendance and Classwork

• Regular attendance is what makes the small batch worth anything. A student who misses often cannot be carried by the others.
• Homework is set and is expected to be done. We would rather tell you early that it is not being done than pretend otherwise at the end of the year.
• Missed classes cannot always be repeated individually, but we will help your child catch up in doubt sessions.
• Tests are held weekly. Results are shared with parents honestly, including when they are poor.

Behaviour in Class

We expect students to be on time, to let others study, and to treat the room and each other with respect. In thirteen years this has almost never been a problem. If it does become one, we will speak to you before we take any decision about your child’s place in the batch.

Photographs, Marks and Results

• We sometimes publish a student’s first name and their Maths and Science marks, and photographs from events at the centre.
• We do not publish roll numbers, dates of birth, parents’ names or school names from a board marksheet.
• If you would rather your child did not appear on our website or social media at all, tell us. It is not a problem and it changes nothing about how they are taught.

What We Do Not Promise

We do not guarantee any particular marks or rank. Anyone who does is not being honest with you. What we do promise is a batch of fifteen, the same qualified teacher every day, weekly testing, and a straight answer whenever you ask how your child is doing.

Leaving

You can stop at any time. Please tell us before the next month begins so we can offer the seat to someone on the waiting list. We will not ask awkward questions, though we would genuinely like to know what went wrong.

This Website

The text, photographs and videos on this site belong to Guided Path Classes. Marks and results shown are real and published with the family’s agreement. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date; if you spot something wrong, please tell us. How we handle your information is explained on our privacy policy page.

Which Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute would be dealt with by the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
